Why was I logged out?

Your session stays open for 30 days from your last login, and the period restarts each time you log in.

If you do not log in at all for 30 days, the session ends. To get back in, enter your email address on the home page and verify the code that arrives. Your account and balance are untouched.

Logging out yourself

The Logout section of your profile page offers two options:

This Device — closes the session you are currently using
All Devices — logs out everywhere at once

If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, use All Devices and then enable 2FA from the Security section.
