I didn't receive my verification code

If the code has not arrived within a few minutes, work through these in order.

Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Confirm your email address was typed correctly. A typo is the most common cause.
If you use Gmail, check the Promotions and Social tabs.
Use the resend option on screen.

The code is valid for 5 minutes. After that it is no longer accepted and you will need a new one.

If you requested a code more than once, only the most recent one works. Earlier codes are invalidated the moment a new one is sent.

If you have tried all of the above, contact support and tell us which email address you are trying to register with.
