My invite code isn't working

A code may be rejected for one of these reasons.

It has already been used. All invite codes are single-use and become invalid the moment they are redeemed.

It was entered incorrectly. Copy and paste rather than typing it out, and watch for spaces at the start or end.

It is no longer active. The allocation held by the person who shared it may have expired.

Pasting rather than typing resolves most cases. Codes are case-sensitive and easy to mistype.

If you are certain the code was issued to you and has not been used, contact support with the code and the email address you registered with.
