Why wasn't my withdrawal approved?

When a request is not approved, the amount stays in your balance. It is not lost.

You are told the reason, and in most cases you can create a new request once the required step is done.

Reason	What it means	What to do
Verification not complete	You passed a verification threshold and the check is missing or failed	Complete it on your profile, then request again
Incorrect wallet details	The address or network is wrong, or does not match the coin	Check both and create the request again
Wagering condition not met	The amount exceeds the wagering volume placed so far	Request less, or play more and retry
Suspicious activity review	Something requires further review	Contact support
Multiple accounts	More than one account was linked to the same person	Contact support
Regional restriction	Your account or access was associated with a country we cannot serve	Contact support

The most common reason by some distance is incorrect wallet details, and it is also the quickest to fix.

Where suspicious activity, multiple accounts or a regional restriction is confirmed, the account is suspended and its balance cannot be accessed. If this applies to you, write to support@oddie.io to request a review.
