How do I make a deposit?

Open the wallet area in the header and go to the Deposit tab.
Select the coin — USDT or USDC.
Select the network you will send from.
Copy the address shown, or scan the QR code.
Send from your own wallet to that address.

Your balance updates automatically once the network confirms the transaction.

Before you send, check that the network you selected matches the network you are sending from. Deposits sent over the wrong network never reach us and cannot be recovered.
