My deposit is stuck as Pending

A deposit showing as Pending in the Transactions tab has reached our system, but network confirmation is not yet complete.

Once a deposit enters Pending it is credited within 30 minutes at the latest. The exact time depends on network congestion, and most complete considerably faster.

If yours has been Pending for longer than 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash, the date sent, and the coin and network used.
