I sent funds over the wrong network

Transfers sent over the wrong network cannot be recovered. The assets never reach us, the transaction cannot be verified, and no refund is possible.

The same applies if you send a coin other than USDT or USDC.

Oddie has no access to those funds at any point, so this is not something support can reverse.

Avoiding it

Before sending, check that the coin and network shown on the deposit screen match exactly what you select in your own wallet. On a first transfer to a new address, sending a small test amount first is worth the extra fee.
