How long does a withdrawal take?

Requests are reviewed individually and resolved within 24 hours at the latest. Most complete considerably faster.

Once approved, the transfer is broadcast to the blockchain. How long it takes to reach your wallet then depends on congestion on the network you chose.

If your cumulative withdrawals have passed a verification threshold, your request cannot be resolved until verification is complete. In that case the timing depends on how quickly you submit the required documents.

You can track the current status in the Transactions tab on your profile.
