How do I create my wallet?

Your wallet is not created automatically when your account becomes Active. You first need to complete First Step Verification.


Until that is done, no financial activity is possible — deposits, withdrawals and tips are all unavailable.


You can start it from either:


  • The Security section on your profile page
  • The wallet area in the header


Your wallet is created the moment you submit your details. There is no approval period and you can deposit straight away.


This step is a regulatory requirement.
