What happens to my balance during self-exclusion?

Your balance is locked for the entire exclusion period. You cannot play with it, withdraw it, tip it or transfer it, and it cannot be released early.

If there are funds you want to access, create your withdrawal request before starting the exclusion. Once the period begins it is too late.

Your funds remain safe and are exactly as you left them when the period ends.
