How do I exclude myself from playing?

You can exclude yourself from play in the responsible gaming section of your profile page.

The first step is a mandatory 24-hour exclusion. Longer options are available after that.

Your balance is locked for the whole exclusion period. If there are funds you want to withdraw, create the withdrawal request first.

Once an exclusion has started it cannot be shortened or cancelled by anyone, including support.

When the period ends, your account returns to normal and you can continue where you left off.
