Regular, Underdog and Last Dance modes

The game mode sets the win condition and applies to the whole battle.

Mode	Win condition
Regular	The highest winner takes the full pot. This is the default.
Underdog	The lowest winner takes the full pot.
Last Dance	Whoever wins the most in the final round takes the full pot.

Underdog is not available in the Shared format, since Shared pools and splits winnings rather than awarding them to one player.
