My verification was rejected
A rejection does not put your account at risk. In most cases it can be resolved and retried.
Check these first
Turn off any VPN or proxy. KYCAID automatically rejects submissions made while a VPN is active. This is by far the most common cause and the quickest to fix.
Check the document. It needs to be in date, fully visible with no cropped corners, and readable without glare or blur.
Check the issuing country. Documents from a restricted jurisdiction are rejected automatically at every step.

Austria · France and its overseas territories · Germany · the Netherlands and its overseas territories · Spain · Curaçao · the United Kingdom · the United States and its territories
Also all FATF blacklisted and high-risk jurisdictions, and any jurisdiction designated as prohibited by the Regulator.
