Articles on: Rakeback

How is rakeback calculated?

The formula

Rakeback = (Bet × House Edge) × 0.1

The house edge is what remains after RTP. A game with 96% RTP has a 4% edge.

Worked example

A 10 USD bet on a 96% RTP game:

10 × 0.04 × 0.1 = 0.04 USD

Two things follow from this

Games with a lower RTP generate more rakeback per unit wagered, because the edge is larger.

Rakeback scales with how much you wager, not with how much you win or lose.

Each game carries a single RTP figure supplied by its provider, and rakeback is calculated from that. It is not recalculated per round or per bet type within a game.
